All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable vat.

Postage
Postage charges are UK mainland only.
You will be notified of any additional postal charges prior to dispatch.
Payment
All on line and telephone orders must be made in pound sterling by authorized credit/debit cards as listed.
Ordered items will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.
Items remain the property of Lads & Lasses Schoolwear until full payment has been received and cleared by our bankers.
Acceptance
On delivery, items should be inspected.
Unless notified you will be deemed to have accepted the products as satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Unless faulty, after 7 days any exchange or refund will be at the discretion of Lads & Lasses Schoolwear.
You will normally receive your order within 5 working days if item is in stock.
In busier times, stock levels online do not indicate in store availability and in the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated date of delivery.
Delivery Charges
Postage and packaging fees are £4.99
Your order will be sent via a next day service from courier APC, Royal Mail or our home delivery service.
Returns
We offer an exchange or refund on goods if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Goods can be returned by prior arrangement. Return carriage at your cost.
Goods must be returned with all labels attached in an unworn condition within 7 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We only collect the information needed to process your order, and inform you of any special offers and marketing information that may be of interest to you.
